How do I get my 1 year old to sleep at night?

My son is just about to turn 1 and still wakes at least once a night. He won’t go back down unless he has boob BUT the problem is, I don’t have much any more since he won’t have any during the day. I’ve tried giving him water, formula (he just refuses it) and just shushing him but he needs to be fed. Most times I can hear his belly grumble! He is small for his age but eats at least 250ml of solids 3 times a day plus water between times. Is there any way that I can get him to sleep through? Or at least only wake once? I’m becoming exhausted with getting up so much and keeping house and studying! How do I get my 1 year old to sleep at night?

My one year old is in with us, she too has a feed still during the night, I think it is some Thing they grow out of eventually

I have 3 kids and I find the 7 year old is by far the hardest and always has been at going to sleep and staying asleep. I always thought they would just sleep but alas I didn’t get good sleepers

you could try expressed milk in a bottle so he gets used to having the bottle instead

Maybe try goats milk in a breat feeding bottle that issuances like your boob

I would try cow’s milk before bed and a cuddle but no boob at night.

maybe feed him a bigger meal at night, and a bottle of milk before bed. Hope you find something that works for you.
