Hello!

Over Christmas time my two little girls were given so many hair ties, bows and clips. I needs ways to organise them because at the moment they are just in a draw which is full. Thanks mummas

  • i enjoyed reading all the other ideas on this thread.

  • You can buy organisers with multiple compartments, or use small ice cream containers.

  • I placed all my grandkids hair accessories in a compartment plastic container with a lid. I have a 5 compartmented one now with bands clips ribbons hair pins and Little heathy hair capsules in the other. I never seem to loose anything as the girls have one each with their names on them.

  • I use a Jewelery stand. Works a treat.

  • Also; maybe search through charity shops for cheap storage items and ideas.

  • My girls have a clip board on the wall, like a fabric backed board with strips to clip things on. My eldest is into the large JoJo bows so she has a bow holder as well.

  • Hair ties go on a wooden paper towel holder – a long wooden pole. The colours look quite pretty. Clips and bows get attached to a ribbon that hangs from a hook.

  • You can buy Hanging Storage Organiser Bags from two dollar stores for about $2-6, depending on the size. These are great because they are clear so you can readily see what you want and they can hang inside the wardrobe keeping things nicely tucked away!

  • For my youngest girlie I use a compartment box from the dollar store and have the hair ties and – clips sorted on colour. I removed some dividers for the bigger things like bows and headbands. My older girls use just a toilet bag to store their hair accessories.
