Unfortunately you might have to spend time picking them off by hand if nothing else is working. There are some sprays at Bunnings I’ve seen but they may be Pyrethrum?

Pyrethrum spray works really well – and not nearly as toxic as alternatives. Mixed plantings also helps reduce the problems try things like marigolds.
