Hello!

How do other mums store their kids pictures and crafts that they’ve made at home and daycare?

  • I have a big crate for each child and have stored lots of their childhood crafts, letters and schoolwork in there (especially from the first years)

  • I think taking photos is a great idea too.

  • mom19782016 that is a WONDERFUL idea!! Thank you so much for the suggestion!

  • I take photos of them all and then chuck them! I keep some of the really precious ones or special ones that kids love, but it’s too hard to store them all. When snapfish or groupon have deals for photo books, I buy a photo book and upload all the pictures into it to be printed. It’s great and the kids love it – they feel very special to have a book of all their work and it also means it’s easier for you to store.

  • I know there will come a time that it will have to happen but…I just can’t bring myself to throw anything away lol

  • I’ve got some items in an archive box in the cupboard . I don’t think you need to keep everything as some items have already fallen apart and didn’t last long. A good storage box is handy for anything .

  • I have a memory box for each child abd the ones for special occasions like mothers/fathers day etc we put in fridge then rotate with new ones.

  • Either in a large flat box, in an A3 sized plastic pocket folder, or pick out one or 2 favourites each year and display around the house, whilst culling the rest. We have used some as wrapping paper too. That is what worked for us.
