My husband and I wanted two children before marriage, and happily agreed to stop at one.

I started off wanting 10 :0 We settled for 2. Wasn’t really discussed. Had a boy then a girl and were happy

My partner and I have a girl and a boy, after that,new didn’t really discuss more kids. It was a silent mutual decision to stop at these 2. When I was a kid, I always said I wanted 10 kids….the first one at age 18 and one every year after til I had 10. OMG so glad I grew out of that

I wanted 2, I have 2. Sometimes think more would have been nice. But my 2 are awesome, so maybe I’m lucky to not have more, I could’ve ended up,with a dud

I have 1 and would like 3-4, my husband wants 3. We have custody of my 5 month old niece at the moment so baby number two is on hold for a bit!

I wanted a socer team. But we lost our first due to complications after birth. That just made me determind to have what i could. I can now say we have three lovely kids and aree very happy to stop. My husband and i feel we have completed our family. Although i know my daughter wishes we would have just 1 more.

i wanted 8 but wound up with 5. im in my early 40s now so too old to have any more 🙂

I wasn’t sure how many kids I wanted, although I knew I wanted at least one. Now I have one and I’d love another, but hubby is not keen.

I always thought I’ll take each one as it comes! You never know how they are going to be, ie special needs or just clingy and hardwork or easy

Ever since I was young I always wanted 3 – girl, boy, girl. We agreed in 3 (yet my husband wouldn’t care if we had another) and we ended up with 3 girls who fill our world with so much joy.
