How to get my mango tree growing?

I’ve transferred in into the ground from being in a pot, however it doesn’t seem to be growing at all, and it has been two months already.

Ive had a mango tree planted in garden for 4 years. it has fruited once- last eyar (2 mangoes). i planted a poinsianna near it 6 months ago. the poinianna is 6 times the height.
mango trees just grow really really slowly.
