If she’s still happily sleeping when swaddled, why would you want to unswaddle her? Do it for as long as she likes it, she’ll let you know when she’s had enough

Thanks I think ongoing to need it! Maybe I should just give it a go during the day time like you did. Guess I’ll iust have to start at the beginning and go from there haha

We did one arm in and one out during the day for two days (in the ones where the arms can zip off) but it hardly made a difference so then I just went to both arms out and he did startle a few times but adjusted quicker than I expected! Good luck 🙂
