If you could only choose one, Trampoline or Swingset?

Hi I am thinking of getting our kids either a swing set or trampoline for Xmas, But I’m not sure which one to choose.

With a trampoline all you can pretty much do is jump but with a swing set you can do so much more.
Swing on swings, Go down a slide etc.

Which one would you pick as a christmas present? and which one do you think would get used more?

A swing set would get more use, and in my opinion it’s safer.

I would lean more towards the swing set, as you say there’s more activities. Maybe add a trampoline later, my kids loved theirs

Having had both I can say ours chose to spend far more time in the trampoline!
Goodluck with your decision & im sure they ll love either gift !
But … make sure it’s up & ready for xmas morning ….????????

Trampoline for sure – best money I have EVER spent on my son. BTW, you can always get swing sets for free, if you look on gumtree too.

Definitely trampoline. One of the best in the market is Vully. The kids will play and have lots of fun for a long time.

trampoline, It was the favorite in our house when I grew up. Swings are great for young kids but trampoline will keep them happy even as they grow.

lol well we have both! we had a seperate swing and tramp set until the cylcone came through lol. the swings had faded and cracked in the sun and the tramp was ripped from a tree. so we replaced it all and bought a swing set with the tramp off the side. Just like the one in the pic

They are both excellent options and truth be told, you will probably end up with both. Which are the kids asking for? We have both and love them both – the trampoline is great for the whole family, so if your kids want mum and dad to join in too, then the trampoline is a great option. The trampoline is also great during play dates – for some reason its the one piece of equipment they all gather on. Ultimately, it depends on what your kids like, your budget and space available at home.

It depends on their ages? Both are pretty good pieces of play equipment. Do the kids like jumping, sliding or swinging the most? Swing sets are a good start and then you can move onto a trampoline at a later stage.

How old are the kids? If they are young I’d probably go with the swing set. If they are older with the trampoline.
