  • Molokhia or Mulukhiyah is a traditional Middle Eastern dish made with jews mallow/nalta leaves and chicken. It’s a staple in every Middle Levantine household. Usually served over medium-grain white rice, and a lemon sumac onion mixture.

  • I’ve heard of Mola which is any of several thin, silvery fishes of the family Molidae, of tropical and temperate seas. Maybe molacheya is a food containing Mola ?

  • Not sure what it is good luck!

  • this was actually answered on another post 🙂 if anyone else is interested

  • This new to me I must admit. Perhaps you could try good old Google.
