  • From the research I’ve read is that it’s just the gas between the joints that makes the cracking noise. Chiropractors crack all parts of your body and there doesn’t seem to be anything detrimental to your health.

  • No, it releases gases around the joint that creates that sound. It is not harmful just don’t over do it in my opinion.
