It is a stage, my youngest did that anywhere anytime to a point I had to watch him closely while in public places till he was 4 yrs old. The preschool also had problems with him stripping down & asked me how to keep clothes & shoes on him, I said good luck with that. At 18 he still wanders around the house in his undies but at least he has them on lol.
If it is at home then it is not such a problem but when at friends places she needs to at least keep her undies on, a reward system might help so you can remind her each time she does it she loses points on that star chart. Give her choices about what she wants to earn points towards, can be a $5 toy so it doesn’t cost you a fortune. Set a time limit that you think she can work with as their attention span is still quite short at 2, work out how many points for staying dressed & how many she loses. If she can see something will come from it then you might have a chance at keeping her clothed.

Mine is not yet two and loves to take her pants off, tries to get her nappy off and seems very happy with her efforts at removing clothing! I hope it is just a stage

My 4 year old went through it as well when she was about 2 years old

My twins are at the stage at the moment 21 months and they love it!

There are a lot worse things than this phase that they can go through.

Trust me, it is a stage, my youngest we through the same stage and now she is quite modest.
