My maternal healty nurse told me to keep feeding him until he wanted to stop and he shouldn’t be finishing bottles. I’d check with you mhn to be sure but yours sounds like still hungry.

A relative of mine cheated and gave her baby a couple of very small spoons of baby jelly.
Another one used part of the formula with baby spoons of rice cereal at night. She slept longer at night and was a very happy baby after that. The cereal was suggested by a medical professional. It was a long time ago. I know the baby still had plenty of room in her bassinet.

I would give your health nurse a call but I’m pretty sure the amounts on the formula tin are just a rough guideline so I would think it would be fine to give more if she’s still hungry! She may be going through a growth spurt! Mine says to give my baby 200ml at her age but she will only drink 100-150ml but is a healthy chubby baby and according to the health nurse is on the 85th centile for weight and height lol!!

I would give nurse on call a call or speak to your doctor or maternity nurse. We gave our little more when he cried but I can’t remember if it was over the limit on the can or not
