When you have a very sensitive 5yr old I wouldn’t go. We left the movies a million times because the movie was sad or scary and especially my son couldn’t cope.

Being very sensitive, they’d likely find it very sad. It’s got a great storyline and everything, I guess it’s up to you whether you want to expose them to the harshness of life.

I’ve heard its very sad and that some kids have come out feeling really deflated. Someone said it felt like a cross between the Lion King and the Land Before Time.

yeah i might take the kids too. they love the cinemas even though it is expensive for my lot

We are looking forward to an outing to the movies to watch Dinosaur.

Your 5 year old would probably love it, however I know my 2 year old wouldn’t sit through it or understand it enough to make it worthwhile me taking him.

The trailer looks good for this movie and we are looking forward to watching this movie at the cinema. Google a few reviews and it will also give you a good idea about the content of the movie and the ‘scare’ factor.

I was watching the today show this morning and one of the reporters there said this was a wonderful show to take her children to, and everyone enjoyed it.
