I’m sure there are cat deterrents on the market these days. We don’t have a cat so I have no experience with them

They tend not to like peppermint or lavendar

Put foil around or spray with water,good luck!

If you can or actually do see and catch the little darling doing this have a spray bottle full of water handy and spray pus every time it displays signs of this behaviour and see if that works.

I’m not a hundred per cent sure, but isn’t there a plant called catnip that they’re not supposed to like?
