What is a natural remedy to heal mastitis caused while breastfeeding?

I suffered with this as well. Cold compress such as cold lettuce leaves helped sooth a bit as well as Bepanthen Cream for cracked or sore nipples worked well too.
it is very uncomfortable
i had it myself and i found cold lettuce leaves and cold compresses helped
