Hello!

My family has been trialling the Everyplate meal delivery service. Whilst it has been okay, We are interested to know which others would be good to try? Ideally we would like lots of vegetarian options.

  • Hello fresh is amazing especially for our growing family!

  • I found Marley Spoon dad the best meals!

  • I’ve just recently tried quite like, they have a lot of tasty options available

  • I haven’t tried it, but heard that Marley Spoon have great vege options.
I’ve tried Hello Fresh many years ago and I loved it, I just found the portions too small for my hubby (and now teenage son). They may have changed since I did it though.
I loved lite n’ easy but it is very expensive.

  • I haven’t tried either, but came to suggest trying batch cooking (Batchlady, one handed cooks). Provides recipes you can make in batches and support healthy eating with less time. I find all meal plan deals expensive when considering I can batch cook myself.

  • I thought hellofresh and Marley spoon were great. Look for deals on and shop around. I think it’s only good if you can get a good discount on first order or first few boxes. Then try something else. Some really delicious meals that I otherwise wouldn’t of ever made.

  • I tried Lite n Easy and really enjoyed the meals and the convenience, also managed to lose some weight. The delivery was always on time. I stopped as it becomes a little expensive.

  • For the person below looking for meal options for her Mother who is in her 90’s. Perhaps look at lite n easy

  • Aldi?

  • We’ve tried Hello Fresh and Dinnerly – both were great

  • All a waste of money to be honest

  • I would give Hello Fresh a try and see if you like their options.

  • Dinnerly, Hello fresh or Marley spoon. If you change through all of them after a while they’ll send you discounts to get you to come back saving you money ;)

  • My Muscle Chef is quite good, they have lovely vegetarian meals too

  • I know people that have used frozen meal services for time of illness; dietary needs were limited.

  • My mum is 93yo, I’ve been looking into a meal delivery system for her. I’ll be studying these comments

  • I’ve never used one – they’re expensive and you still have to cook!

  • I never used one. I’m vegetarian and I don’t really like the options. Also I think it’s quite expensive. And you still have to cook it yourself. Friends of mine were using Hello Fresh and they were quite happy with it.

  • is it for diet plan? is it cheaper?

  • I haven’t actually used any as the cost is in issue with me.
