We have tried a few and have luck. Just be careful with rice as I find it doesn’t a always defrost well

I often meal prep satay chicken and rice and freeze them for work lunches. They turn out absolutely fine

it will freeze fine but i would not recommend freezing for more than 3 months.
i actually make my satay using a satay marinade and a tin of coconut milk. heat reduce done.

I think all meals that you freeze have a different texture when they’re thawed and eaten. But they still taste good, do I eat tgem

I freeze satays regularly, but without veggies.

Definitely fine to freeze – it’s one of my go-to’s when I’m having a cooking frenzy!!
Stick with an easy put it together recipe, rather than a jar as then you can choose your heat etc. I just cook the meat & sauce and add veggies and/or rice when reheating on the night but generally speaking, if you had it all in one container then it should be fine, just not quite like cooking it all fresh.

Satay’s seem fine with rice when I freeze them. Rice is always a good option. Veggies are best to freeze when fresh then cook up, I don’t freeze too many veggie frozen meals. Good luck.

Yes I’ve frozen homemade satay sauce successfully.

It will freeze and reheat great, I always bulk cook lots of my meals and my currys and satays always reheat and taste great

I don’t recommend freezing the sauce unless you’re okay with the texture changing (it will break and clump).

Depends on if there is a cream base i try to not freeze creamy sauces
