Hello!

I’ve only just read about the moon cup / keeper cup! Didn’t even know alternatives to tampons and pads existed. Are they worth all the hype?

  • I’ve never heard of menstrual cups. You learn something new every day.

  • Thanks for asking this. I was wondering this myself. Definitely looking for answers!!!

  • I just came across this article http://www.1millionwomen.com.au/blog/cup-or-not-cup-common-questions-about-menstrual-cups-answered/ and I thought it could interest you!

  • Interesting question and looking forward to more answers as looking for methods to help my daughter. This mum needs to get on top of this as the questions been asked by her pre teen are getting tricky. She wants to know everything and having only males these questions were not ask beside the ones of wanting to know what the products were for.

  • Interesting question; with one good answer so far.

  • Yes they are fantastic. I’ve had my diva cup for 8 years now and won’t go back to pads/tampons. It did take a few months to get used to putting it in correctly so it didn’t leak but once I got the hang of it, it’s so easy. I just change in the shower each morning and give it a good clean out, and then each night before bed.

  • I’ve seen the diva cup at the chemist and My big question about them is how do you remove them without spillage???

I can be very clumsy and i dont see how it would be easy

  • No idea but would love to know also.
