Nail health after acrylics

Hello!

Hi I had my first set or acrylic nails recently and now my nails are terrible splintering breaking and weak any idea’s on how to get them back in shape

eating healthy, handcream and hair skin and nail vitamins..also putting vitamin E on your nails may help…

Maybe salons have repair kits or can provide advice?

A local chemist should be able to advise about products for repairing nails.
Previously we purchased a little nail repair kit which was quite affordable and worked well.

I’ve heard nail strengtheners are good. I usually just try buffing them but they still seem to hurt and look quite bad. In time they go back to normal though. Sucks how acrylics look good for about a week then screw your nails for at least a month.
