Natural remedy for bugs in the garden?

Hello!

First time growing any kind of plants and by using our compost, we accidentally grew a bunch of tomato plants, pumpkin plants, onions and chillis! We’ve managed to keep them alive but I’ve noticed one of the chilli plants is just covered in these little bugs and I can’t seem to deter them, they are gradually making their way to the other plants. Is there anything that has worked to deter them that isn’t a harsh chemical? As natural as possible?

Following this and trying all of these as we always have holes in all of our veg from all of the bugs that are around.
We live in a creek area so there are heaps of them around all the time, it’s really quite frustrating!

Chill and garlic make up with water n spray

I spray diluted washing up liquid on the underside of the leaves.

Depending on where you are it may be way too cold for any of those plants to grow. If you can post a picture of what the bugs look like that would help too 🙂

Put some finely diced/minced garlic in warm water in a spray bottle and spray twice a day.

Put a container with some beer in it and snails drink and they end up drowning in it
