So many stars got their start on there now where are they going to get all that acting training? It was a great family show

I don’t think anyone in this country (or even England where it was even more popular) hasn’t been touched by the hand of Neighbours. Lots of memories of growing up and watching this too.

Never seen a single episode. But was shocked when I heard it was finishing. It’s like an end of an era.

Maybe it will come out as a special on DVD for fans!

I used to watch Neighbours all the time. I haven’t in ages because it just got too hard once I’d had kids.. I wish I’d watched the finale though..

I wonder if they will start repeats now

I didn’t watch it as much as I watched Home and Away. I had no idea it was the finale!!!
And wow, 37 years is definitely a long time.

I have never watched it, but it certainly trained up some great talent.

I watched it when I was younger but then stopped and did not watch the finale. It was fun to watch at times when younger.

It was definitely an Australian icon!
