Someone in my family tried Dietlicious when they were postpartum so they could have easy, healthy, and diet minded meals that could support their breast feeding journey. And they loved the meals

Sadly the archive of past articles seems to have been lost with the recent changes to the website (why MoM, why? I don’t mind most of the changes, but that archive was useful!). I don’t know if you could somehow access the article on this site with some clever Googling? Otherwise my suggestion is Google anyway.

There is an article on this site that talks about different meal delivery services and where they deliver too. It is a fantastic article. See if you can locate it as it is worth a read and is super informative. Depending on your location there are some fantastic options out there. .

Anita Butterworth’s suggestion is a good one 🙂 Personally I only know Hello Fresh and My Muscle Chef from experience and I quite liked both of them. Probably I liked My Muscle Chef a bit better because of the type of meals they offer with plenty of vegetarian options and protein rich foods.

I remember reading an article about various food delivery boxes on the MoM site then realised it’s already been mentioned!! It was how i discovered so many businesses who offer it. I wish i knew about it back then. Good luck with everything!! Hope it all goes well for you – such an exciting time.
