I love lavender. It is really calming and can help you relax and sleep better. That saying, you are always better getting quality essential oils. They might cost more but are far better for you. Anything with peppermint or lemongrass is wonderfully refreshing and can help wake up and sharpen your mind.
I like to change them according to the season, I like citrus ones like lemon,lime, orange in spring, then round christmas time the ones with cinnamon (makes people think I’ve been cooking!) and in winter the warmer deeper scents – or if there are colds in the house some eucalyptus blends
I buy soy wax ones & I have a person who makes the best christmas smelling one. It’s so nice. They make banana & bubblegum as well. OMG it is to die for.
I love Japanese Honeysuckle. I tried others and went straight back to this! It makes the house smell amazing and anybody who visits always comments on it
i love vanilla! it is my long time favourite! lavender is also great and it is multipurpose so you will have to look at a list of what to do with it. eucalyptus is great in winter when you get a cold. a few drops of any essential oil is all you need for sufficient scent
My new favourite is Lemongrass, at first I was reluctant because it doesn’t sound that appealing, it probably seems a bit too intense when you smell it out the bottle aswell, but once you burn it is lovely.You get a really nice fresh scent through your home and it is good for anxiety.
