With my pain during menstrual period cycle where I increase my magnesium salt baths, increase my protein intake and hotwater bottle does help at times.I do suffer lower back pain few days before my period arrives and this will give me a great indication what I need to prepare me

There are days where I feel like hotpot would solve many issues so you’re not wrong there haha

Thank you guys! I appreciate your messages! That’s awesome that the tens machine helped you with your labour pains! I’m definitely going to get one then. I’ve been researching and there is one available called TAP and it’s targets towards women with PMS type issues so I might look into that. There are so many different ones available but I hope they all do the same thing and will give me some relief! And thank you SO much for the hotpot recommendation! I’ve never seen that before but I am definitely buying one if not two! lol

I’ve used a tens machine for early labour pain and found it worked really well for me. I actually got mine very cheap as an aldi special buy. For hot water bottles if you don’t already have a HotPod from chemist warehouse absolutely get one. They stay hot for hours and take such little time to heat. Game changer for me

I am so sorry to hear the pain that you go through each month. I have a friend who goes through similar pain and watch how hard it is for her. I have never purchased one of these machines before so i can’t give you any advice other than to wish you all the best and that I hope that this machine can provide you with some relief.
