Pete Evans has a great recipe which our whole family loves – it’s a bit heavy though so you don’t need a lot of it to fill up the kids.

Meatloaf is a great recipe/meal for the family budget.

I do a Mediterranean Meatloaf. i line the pan with bacon or prosciutto. Then half fill the pan with a mixture of pork and beef mince. Then do a layer of baby spinach, chopped olives, feta cheese, sun dried tomatos. Fill up the rest of the pan with mince and fold the bacon over the top. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.

There are plenty of yummy and different meatloaf recipes in the recipes section on this site. There are big meatloaf dishes and individual meatloaf dishes. Maybe try them out and see if you like them! 🙂
