Talk to the club. There are the book your own ones from the chemist, they’re around $10 but my Rugby playing OH says they can effective but uncomfortable. Professional guards if you have no extras cover are around $200 I think? At least that’s the cost at a bupa dentist.

Game Day Mouthguards are awesome. They send you the putty to create a mold like you’d have at the dentist and then you send the cast of your kids teeth back to them. I received perfectly fitting mouthguards back in return

I agree that dental technicians would be the best option.

We always get them fitted by a dental technician – generally they fit better and are more comfortable.

I’m sure Rebel sports sells them, but I don’t know anything about the quality of these.
