How do you deal with school friendship dramas?
Do you just let the kids sort it out, do you speak to parents or do you speak to the school?
Obviously every situation is different and might require different actions but what’s your normal go to. Most often I just leave it with the kids to sort out and I avoid bothering the school with it if I know it’s small and will likely blow over but then I regret it when the school approaches my child about it and I wish I’d written in earlier.
