Ask your doctor if this is from the sun which think it is . It looks like you will need sunscreen everytime you go outdoors and I have tried Clinique Clinical Even Spot Corrector and it faded my freckles , but I think it reappeared because I wasn’t careful with the sun again . That was the only one that had some affect .

prevent more from appearing if possible. i have this “light” cleansing cream from nivea which claims to lighten sunspots etc on the face. i only just got it so we will see. i got it from woolies. many products are available that can bleach the skin BUT i think that you should see a dermatologist who can recommend treatment to lighten up and remove spots. Bleaching your skin can be dangerous and then you can go too far and have bleached out white, pink spots instead.

Protect the areas with sunscreen and wear a hat and please get these checked regularly as they do need to be monitored.

I know my advice is not new but a hat and sunscreen is essential as the damage can be done without you realizing it. Please be careful.
