Hello!

We had two 7-7 sleepers but the last 6 weeks they have both been up multiply times a night. We are exhausted, 15 month old and a 2.9 yr old. Any pro tips?

  • Kids go through stages. Just make sure you check that their room isn’t getting bright in the morning now summer is coming or maybe the birds are waking them. Maybe you need to adjust their day time naps


  • Oh what a situation, no sleep, I remember it well. Hopefully it’s just a stage that will pass soon

    For them both to be like this is suggests that some kind of change has taken place either environment, diet or emotional.


  • Set up a bedtime routine. …
    Relax before bedtime. …
    Keep regular sleep and wake times / structure thoughout the day …
    Kepp them active during the day …
    Keep older children’s naps early and short. …
    Make sure your child feels safe at night. …
    Check noise and light in your child’s bedroom. …
    Eat the right amount at the right time…
    Avoid high sugar & processed foods with additives
    Keep an eye on screen time….
