Do you know when you likely conceived and are you sure of your dates? I’d try not to worry and take it easy.

Unfortunatley it sounds like a missed miscarriage. Unfortunatley your bloods will go up before they go down. Im so sorry.

Unfortunately the same happened to me in 2019 and it was a missed miscarriage. I measured 7w1d, then 5 days later still measuring 7w1d… they weren’t concerned as Bub had good heartbeat, but ultrasound at 10w showed no hb anymore
Really hope for a better outcome for you, I remember how awfully stressful the waiting was
