  • I’ve heard about it but never used it. Interesting reading the comments here

  • Good reading the comments there really quite interesting!

  • I used to have St Johns Wort tea .. it was great; but you can’t have it if your on medication…talk to your Dr.

  • I’ve tried it, but I didn’t see any improvement in my anxiety.

  • I swear by it!

  • like anything consult a professional what works one one person doesnt always work for others

  • my brother said it worked for him

  • I have never used it

  • I haven’t used it and have heard some good, but some bad also with other meds

  • Everyone I’ve known who have tried it loves it. I haven’t personally used it though. I would suggest speaking to your Dr or naturopath before deciding.

  • My best friend used it when she was diagnosed with mild Depression, and she said that it definitely made a difference to how she felt. It is also apparently quite good at treating some of the symptoms of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, but as with all natural remedies and chemical compounds, it doesn’t work for everyone.

  • A friend of mine uses it and said it is the best!

  • there are some good comments here

  • my dad used it and he said it worked great

  • the best product ever ….. a+

  • I haven’t used it but a friend of mine has and she said it is the best thing ever. My hubby was going to but because of other medications he was on the doctor said it wasn’t good for him and would have cause other issues for him. So I guess the answer is if your doctor says its ok then it is worth a try.

  • Be careful if using prescription medication as well. One problem I’m aware of is the irregularity and inconsistence of the active ingredient. It may be natural, but can still have sis=de effects.

  • did you end up trying it?

  • Looks like something I would like to try

  • It’s a tried & true mood lifter that’s been used for centuries. Dr Oz is a big fan.
