I can’t remember, it’s been so long ago, but definitely the school uniform, a backpack, some exercise books and pencils, sharpeners etc, lunch box and drink bottle.

You shouldn’t need too much for kindy. A school uniform if the school has one, decent shies, decent lunchbox and drink bottle. A good back pack. That’s about it. Add as you need things

I hope if you have any younger children that have already put in a preliminary enrolment for Kindy. You can always cancel it later. My brother is 3 years younger than me. He was about 16 months old when I started Kindy and the staff asked Mum if she had enrolled him.
Besides what your child needs for Kindy, as in another reply, your daughter will need a hat and sunscreen. If your daughter doesn’t have a hat she will not be allowed to play outdoors.
Your daughter will need pencils (for writing), colouring in pencils, probably uniform (don’t buy it yet) – you have no idea what size your daughter might be by them. You may be able to buy really good one 2nd hand ones from the school, or you may know somebody whose child will have grown out of hers. When you do buy one, buy 1 size bigger than fits her because if she suddenly grows it may not fit her for long otherwise. My niece bought my great niece one new dress and one 2nd hand. In the hot weather she will need more than one. Socks school colour. It depends what school she is going to what some of the requirements will be. A lot of schools have summer, winter and sports uniforms. It depends what school your daughter goes to whether or not uniform is compulsory.
If they have uniform you don’t have buy as many other clothes. Also there is no comparison and comments about who has got the prettiest latest style clothes on. The school my great niece goes to has white blouses in Winter. Because the top of them is covered by her pinafore dress she wears plain white blouses and no monograms. It is the monograms that add so much to the cost of the uniforms. If your daughter has a certain colour track pants in winter you may be able to get them cheaper at Target, KMart, BigW or Best&Less much cheaper. Depending on the school and its prices – a lot cheaper, not just $10.00. I am referring to track pants that are not required to be monogramed at all.

For my daughters Kinder you really just need your hat, lunchbox and bag and a full change of clothes all labelled

Drink bottle, lunch box, ice brick to keep food cold, backpack and a wide brimmed hat. She will also require sunscreen in her bag for the hot months. Name tags are also a good idea as all of her belongings will need to have her name on them.

You should have received a list from the Kindy when you enrolled. However rule of thumb would be. library bag, lunchbox, drink bottle, hat, Uniform (if required), back pack. Some Kindy’s also request a sheet and pillow.
