I’ve heard Caboolture is a bit rough,mMaroochydore is quire nice. Red bank Plains is rurally quiet. Florida Gardens is very touristy. Can’t help you with schools, sorry

Ormeau is quite a nice area, as are parts of coomera, oxenford & Helensvale,
Schools – public ones you have:
Coomera Rivers – a new, modern school run more like a business than a school – but have a great ipad based ciriculum.
Ormeau State – older school near the train station, have heard great things.

Private:
Mother Teresa Ormeau – new catholic school with great reviews.
LORDS Ormeau – p-12 school that I’ve heard good things about.
Assisi Coomera – everyone seems to rave about this school too.

I live in Oxenford- its pretty good. Also hope island/ helensvale. My kids arent old enough for school yet but i hear good things about Assisi Catholic College.
