  • Toys toys toys. My twins are really happy in the bath. I got some toys, some are really cheap. Like letters and numbers to stick to the wall or winding up bath toys or a little watering can. My boys never wanna get out.

  • I used to make up stories to keep my daughter amused during bathtime.

  • We used to get our daughter to wash her favorite bath doll first and then yourself. You could use Superman, Batman, TMNT etc if you have boys. My children also loved Bath Bombs (they were a treat) and of course Bubbles.

  • We encourage our daughter to clean herself but say things like clean your ears, then belly ect so they feel involved. Even though you do it yourself so I gets done properly. Also distraction is good we are always singing songs with the hands actions

  • Let the kids help in setting up the bath. Putting in bubble bath, toys, getting a towel and pjs ready. Often when you involve them in the set up, the actual event becomes easier
