Does your little one understand well?
Sometimes that makes a difference. I think I will have the same issue with my son.
Is it limited to sleep time only?
Swap it over for a cool present at Christmas? Lots of cuddles whilst transitioning.
Just take it off them during sleep..? Let them know that other kid s there age, though not all don’t need one or give them something else to to to keep their mind off it
Have you started by only giving your toddler the dummy to go to sleep at night? If you don’t already maybe give your toddler a toy to cuddle in bed. For some the dummy and toy are like a comfort / security feeling. Watch your toddler doesn’t switch to continuously sucking fingers. That can lead to teeth being pushed out of alignment and fingers are a lot larger and also solid. I personally know a young girl who did that and had to have treatment to correct the dental treatment,
