Uncomfortable pain under right breast plate in pregnancy - any ideas?

Hello!

My daughter-in-law is 26 wks pregnant, she is having pain under her right side breast bone towards centre body. It is making it difficult to sleep on her right side and is uncomfortable during day. What can she do to eleviate or get rid of it would be a great help. Thank you

Most likely bub pushing up and uterus etc stretching however best to get it checked out. In can be uncomfortable later in pregnancy when bub really gets up under rib cage and stretches.

It’s most likely just how bub is laying. Might be on some nerves or something. A medical check up wouldn’t hurt, just to rule out any bad stuff

although I have no experience with this, I do think a trip to her Doctor might be an idea just to make sure she is okay. It could be just where the baby is pressing but best to check.
