I agree with mom81879. I too was going to suggest cranberry juice.

Daily drinks of cranberry juice. Might take a whole for her to get used to the taste, it’s a tad tart, but she won’t have uti problems again

I have heaps of urine infections as a young child… but it wasn’t just urine infections, it was also kidney infections at the same time! This all stopped once my periods came along (age 9)..

So my daughter does get infections, I have ensured she knows how to wipe, have showers and only use certain soaps, and she drinks cranberry juice & water everyday. She has never had an infection..

You can purchase Ural from your local chemist as well.. It is over the counter, for when she gets an infection.

Water; must be hydrated.
Cranberry juice.
Wiping using correct technique after going to the toilet.

Try giving her cranberry juice regularly.

make sure she is wiping herself properly or even buy flushable wipes for her, uti are cause through bacteria getting into the urethra
