  • Personally we do some meal and snack prepping on the weekends. We use Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, mixed nuts and get some strawberries, blueberries and raspberries then drizzle with a little bit of honey or maple syrup. We find pre portioning them like this incredibly handy, less mess and it saves us a lot of money because they kids dont eat a whole punnet of raspberries in one serving.

  • This sounds by the way a bit as a promotion for beef jerky and suggests to search for a Loves Jerky Co Promo Code. I’m vegetarian and would never ever consider to eat beef jerky. My husband is not a vegetarian and eats pretty much daily meat, but doesn’t enjoy eating beef jerky

  • I recently made a slice i found online and it has honey, dried fruit, chia seeds, butter, flour and rolled oats. I was really surprised at how delicious this was so when I felt a bit peckish, I had a small bite of this and it filled me till lunch time. It also tasted divine.

  • Personally I’m not a person who snacks ! In fact after eating a good large breakfast, in general I do not eat until dinner time. But I do like to make healthy snacks for my kids. I make protein balls and simple banana muffins which is just banana’s, eggs and almond meal. I make regularly a sweet potato brownie (sweet potato, eggs, raw chocolate powder, raw vanilla, maple syrup and coconut flour) or chickpea slices (chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, almond meal, raw vanilla). There are always plenty of nuts and fruit.

  • I make Zucchini slice or Muffins of a few sizes. I also make a variety of
Beef and lentil slices and corn fritters where I add hidden veggies and nuts like crushed walnuts and almonds the ingredients. These are great in lunchboxes and are pretty good to take with you when you are on the run.

  • I feel like this is an attempt to advertise for a jerky brand, which isn’t my favourite way to discover any product.
For me I like baking my own hidden veg and fruit snacks. Muffins with carrot, apple and currants. Home made muesli bars. Things that are satisfying, filling, and home made
