You can add egg whites to anything what you cook or bake. Beautiful to add in soup or a sauce, perfect in your cakes, meringue, cookies,or pies, easy to add in your mince meat and so on. I remember my mum making a desert from egg whites, it was called “Haagse bluf” (original Dutch recipe) and it’s 2 egg whites mixed with 200 ml berry juice and 200 gm sugar (optional) mixed together till stiff.
You can whip up meringues as all you need are egg whites and sugar. There should recipes including a lemon meringue cake which is my favourite or a pavalova which I have made successfully a few times . You just need to be patient in making them and not rush otherwise it won’t turn out well. Good luck .
