I brought a target branded pair and have wore them after each of my three children. I swear by them…undies off I have a pouchy mum tum…undies on and boy do they suck you in but they are not uncomfortable like some of the other shape wear and are so much cheaper too.

I go for sports compression underwear (for other reasons) and it does flatten the stomach too. You can get these on ebay.. anything from shorts with legs, boyshorts, to briefs with no legs… and might find them in a sports shop. .. the seams have never bothered me with them.

First brand of suck it undies that comes to mind is Spanx. They’re what the celebrities wear so it must be good, probably expensive though. My daughter bought some from Target, not Spanx, and they weren’t the best

there is shapewear in big w and keep your eye out for spanx.

I don’t mind the ones that safeway/woolworths sell in their undie section. They have different styles available. Ie boyleg, full brief with a tummy band. I find though they are tight but not to tight that you can’t breathe properly.

Target does appear to have cheaper underwear – some stores are very expensive.

I tried the ones that are just for stomach and find they fold over, the one I bought I love is just from target and it is actually a short dress length (strapless)
