My son adores The Very Hungry Caterpillar!
He used to eat as much as the caterpillar does on Saturday at every meal, and it had numbers, so was a win win for him. Otherwise he loves his math books, but prefers to do those on his own because he understands it and I don’t!

My 11yr old likes the Diary of a Whimpy Kid. My 7yr old (T21) likes any book with bright pictures and little amount simple texts in big enough letters.

The gruffalo and hairy maclarey. I think they love the rhyming text.

When my daughter was little she loved all Dr Seuss stories. And Mex Fox’s too. “Where is the green sheep?” was one of her favourites!
