From memory it was wertbix at 5.5 months.

4 months. Bellamys rice cereal.

They were around 4 months. Their first taste of solids was a little bit of farex cereal mixed with breast milk. Once they were used to the cereal, I started adding things like mashed pumpkin to it. Slowly slowly is the way to go
