Late period and slight nausea.

I thought my first was food poisoning . . . for about a month!
It was only when my Mother mentioned it was odd I was only getting sick at night & suggested I might be pregnant that the thought crossed my mind.
The next day I got a home test & sure enough up popped 2 lines.
I was so shocked I almost fell in the toilet!

Mine was just that my period never showed up

I got thrush with my first and never really realised until i had a conversation with my mil and she said she had the same with her pregnancies
My second i tested 3 days before my period was due… i was way too impatient 🙂

Sore boobs……I wasn’t sure if it was just my period as my boobs get a little tender around that time, but this was more intense, so I kind of guessed.

1st bub- morning sickness mainly at night when I went to bed, 2nd bub– extremely sore boobs in the first few days,3rd bub nothing specific just overdue with my period, 4th bub – same as the 3rd.

I was trying to get pregnant and so when I missed my time I knew then. Morning sickness kicked in a week or two later.

Vomiting in a shopping centre car park at 10am on a Sunday morning. If only I had had a big night lol…

In retrospect the missed period, what I noticed was the enlarged tender breasts.

During my first pregnancy I wanted red cordial, red cordial and more red cordial. For the following three pregnancies, the doctor asked why I thought I was pregnant and I said it was because I wanted red cordial. He gave me a strange look. He did the tests. Each time I was right – I was pregnant and, yes, I wanted more red cordial! Two of my four sons are red-heads … funny about that.

Metallic taste in my mouth and sore breasts every time.

Was more drips, no period pain and lasted like 3 days
Then I tested after that finished

My husband opened a tin of peas to eat, and I nearly vomited. My sister said “you sure you’re not pregnant?” And about 3 days later I found out I was!

Sore breasts and of course missed period. But then came the onslaught!!! Lol

I just had a feeling that I was! The day my period was due, I took a test and it was a strong positive 🙂
At about 13 weeks I felt a little sick, but had no obvious symptoms.

Because I was monitoring everything (my periods, ovulation, temperature, weight etc..) on an app, I was keeping an eye out for symptoms. My first sign would have been some implantation cramps although I’m not sure if I read about them and then imagined them! Next was sore breasts, then missing my period.
