  • Do you have an HR person you can speak with? I’d definitely be going to them or senior management about the issue.

  • Oh what a dilemma! I hope you sorted it out. It sounds just awful

  • Sounds like you need to put in a formal complaint with senior management or your HR department if you have one. No one has the right to touch, hurt or speak to anyone in that manner. Good luck, I hope you get this sorted

  • Employers have a responsibility and obligation to take care of the wellbeing and performance of their staff. Are there support services linked to this employer? Are there mediation services? Always look after your health and well being as a first priority.

  • Needs bringing to management ..physical and mental harm needs to be addressed.

  • This needs to be dealt with by management. Maybe a sit down together. She should not be touching you at all.

  • No one is allowed to touch you in anyway and unwanted and inappropriate physical interaction should always be reported and professionally managed by the employers.

  • I have had this similar experience as I was older and been there for years this younger women basically came in and took over my job as she thought I was too old still do it

  • Are you her boss though? If you are not, maybe you should stop overreaching.

  • its lovely that you wanted to stay for the boss but unless he can do something about this other woman I would just tell him that you have to move on as your happiness is also very important.

  • Are there other nurses than this one you have trouble with ?
Do they also experience trouble with this nurse ?
Did you explain your boss in detail about the situation ?
To be honest her grabbing your tight a squeezing them tight to the point that it hurt can be seen as a physical misconduct and her yelling as verbal aggression; I think the right thing to do is reporting this as a complaint by your boss, which requires action from his side.
