Toshi is a great series as well as anything by Odo Hirsch.

Harry Potter is a wonderful series for all children. Enid Blyton books are classics and good for children to read too. CS Lewis and the Narina Tales are magical and a good read. So many more..maybe start with some of these books.

Depends what she likes reading. My kids all enjoyed the Harry Potter books. They were all read more then once
