next time you boil some eggs save the eggshells, crack the shells into chunky pieces and scatter in your garden to prevent snails

Cover your plants with mesh or fly screen.
You can buy stakes & a roll of fly screen from most hardware stores.
That’s what we did for our vegetable patch.
