  • Just eat healthy wholesome foods, avoid processed foods and sugar, exercise, make sure you sleep enough and take care for your social and mental health too.

  • Glass of diluted apple cider vinegar every morning.

  • Eat healthy and avoid processed food

  • Eat natural and avoid processed food. Try to create your own salad dressing and marinades from scratch. Not only is it healthy but it also won’t contain any added sugars or chemicals. This is what I followed and lost 22kgs.

  • I also like to add lots of nuts, oats and dried fruit to snacks and meals.

  • I love to add fruit to cereal and to yoghurt – any excuse for a hit of fruit and it tastes so sweet and yummy too. :)

  • TURMERIC : Curcumin is a Natural Anti-Inflammatory Compound. .good for my arthritis.

  • I’d say chia seeds and flax seeds. They are great added to yogurt, but you could also use them to crumb to your chicken for example, or add them to cookies and pies.
