I have a mini plastic suitcase for each of my kids to have as take on luggage. In it are small toys, books, puzzles, games, pens – all bits that they don’t see at any other time. They are new and exciting for them all over again 🙂

The onflight entertainment is great for kids – plenty of suitable movies and shows, and a games console too!

We took colouring books, puzzles, small tubs of playdoh, small magnetic games and play boards. We found they ended up using their ipads for most of the time regardless of what we offered. Pack snacks that take ages to eat too!

I only ever took books. Reading books, drawing books, sticker books. There’s so many to choose from

Books. A notebook to draw or scribble in. Re-usable sticker books.

I would bring a set of small puzzles with me. Always fun and they will keep your child busy for a while.

At that age pulling out small surprises from time to time Eg: blind bags, tiny keychains with fluffy sand from Smiggle, slap bands, especially invisible ink colouring books from Kmart really keep kids occupied.

I was flying with 3yo to Poland and he didnt need any entertainment. He was happy with movies and just looking around.
