Our pediatrician gave the teacher a questionnaire to complete over a 4 – 6 week period, but that assessed both ADD and dyslexia. I was told end of kindy is the earliest. Best of luck.

I think they get diagnosed around school age so would be a good time to have her checked.

Age is not a drama asim from a big family 9 kids including myself only three girls and 6 boys and the whole lot of my brothers have ADHD and got assessed at 1-2 yrs old, hope this helps your decision good luck

I think its the perfect age. You may find she will be more content ,

if the school professionals are suggesting it, doesn’t hurt to talk to your doc about it. Get it done and get a plan of action ready if its needed.
