Now a days you see more and more shops opening who only sell large sizes. But also general stores like Kmart, BigW, Lowes have more larger sizes available.
Lowes has a decent range of larger sizes. The quality of the polo shirts is good, not so much the shorts. My husband ripped all his Lowes shorts pretty quickly. Target is slightly pricier but has a small range of larger sizes. You can get basic tshirts for about $7 from Kmart, and the shorts from Kmart have lasted my husband well. I get underwear from Kmart as well. The Lowes underwear is better quality but expensive (~$25 per pair). Jeep is good for hoodies and jackets as they are an American brand and have US sizing, which is larger.
Dress clothes are a bit trickier. My husband has pants from Lowes which have lasted well, but the buttoned shirts have been hit and miss. He ended up getting a woollen vest from Lowes to wear over his shirt because they never fit well. I’d probably go Target for business shirts.
We also have King Size Big and Tall in Perth which have a good range but are very expensive (think $80 for a shirt). Sometimes they might have a deal going though.
I;m not sure but don’t Lowes do large sizes for men? I guess when you find a place you can stick to it if he likes the clothes. Good luck in your search.
